Google Chrome:
Hit "CTRL" + "SHIFT" + "DELETE" keys at same time
Make sure that drop down is set to All Time
Press "Clear Data"
Microsoft Edge:
Press the 3 dots in the top right corner of the page
Choose "settings"
Choose "Privacy, search, and services"
Under "Clear Browsing Data" (will need to scroll to see), click "Choose what to clear"
Ensure that the dropdown box is set to "All Time" and click "Clear Now"
